Manage and provide specialist therapeutic consultation to uro-oncology physicians in hospitals and outpatient practices
Prepare analyses and evaluations of market data
Develop account plans and implement account strategies
Build an in-depth understanding of local care networks and referral structures
Design and develop innovative continuing education concepts
Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events
Coordinate closely and collaborate with internal interfaces
Execute the company strategy to ensure target achievement

Completed training as a certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferent) in accordance with §75 AMG or an equivalent qualification
Minimum of five years' experience in pharmaceutical field sales, ideally supporting specialist physicians in uro-oncology
Solid experience from other specialty-care areas
Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
High level of commitment and initiative
Confident presence with persuasiveness and enthusiasm
Team player who promotes cross-functional collaboration
Business fluent German and ideally good English skills, both written and spoken
