Lead the growth of your team members by appraising performance, and assisting them with their career development.
Accountable for the hiring and delivery of this team.
Serve as a liaison between the delivery team and key stakeholder(s), internal or external.
Actively work with your peers Engineering Managers to align on initiatives and priorities, proactively identifying risks and dependencies throughout all phases of these initiatives.
Support product lifecycle by supporting product owners and other change originators.
Use Scrum methodology and strive to continuously improve.
Track, analyse and support your team through change to promote efficiency, quality, and better outcomes.
Requirements
A technical background with a proven track record of leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex software projects
Experience in delivering or developing Web projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage, communicate, negotiate and work towards compromise and success during our product lifecycle.
Experience leading people and supporting their career development plans;
Demonstrated expertise in fostering and advancing a collaborative team culture;
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, particularly concerning technical risks, issues, and constraints;
Leading by example, showing work ethic and passionate, professional attitude;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Portuguese);
