About this role
Role Overview
Prepare and monitor contribution billing and collection notices
Manage DSN (nominative social declaration)
Ensure administrative management of client files
Process individual and collective contractual changes
Record and enter individual enrollments and cancellations
Monitor unpaid contributions and handle pre-litigation follow-up
Allocate incoming payments
Manage client relationships
Requirements
Preferably hold a Bac+2 (two-year) diploma
At least one year of experience in group insurance (pré-voyance)
Strong aptitude and interest in contribution management
Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
Detail-oriented, organized and curious
Energetic and open-minded
Team player who takes initiative
