Work closely with business areas to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and build analytical solutions with real impact
Develop and refine predictive indicators, machine learning models, and AI applications (pricing, credit, collections, fraud, logistics, etc.)
Monitor the implementation and usage of solutions, ensuring performance, adoption, and value generation
Serve as the team's technical reference, supporting complex discussions and ensuring the quality of deliveries
Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the company's strategic needs

Strong experience in Data Science and solid knowledge of applied statistics
Proficiency in Machine Learning and end-to-end solution development (from data structuring to production)
Fluency in Python and SQL
Strong ability to translate business problems into objective, pragmatic technical solutions
Autonomy, effective communication skills, and a senior profile to act as a technical reference
