About this role
Role Overview
Communicate with clients and within HR projects.
Independently lead and implement HR projects.
Contribute to HR software, processes, recruiting, HR administration and HR strategy.
Prepare project documentation.
Administrative tasks in the HR area and support for Sales & Marketing, including social media.
Requirements
Strong university degree (above-average results) in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR role within a start-up or a dynamic company environment.
Experience implementing HR software, structures and processes.
Highly organized and tech-savvy.
Strong communicator with a proactive, well-structured communication style.
Proficient in MS Office, Google tools and common HR software.
