Role Overview
- Establish the company's workload plan in collaboration with leadership
- Propose project timelines in coordination with the production teams
- Oversee project execution and act as the primary point of contact between clients and the production team
- Verify that deliverables are completed correctly and align with the brief
- Ensure the production team adheres to established processes
- Support the commercial team by contributing to the preparation of quotes
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent
- Analytical mindset with strong synthesis skills
- Organized with a clear sense of priorities
- Eager to learn and enjoys challenges
- Comfortable with new technologies
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Confident speaker with a client-focused attitude
- Aesthetically sensitive to design; prior start-up experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
