Support continuous improvement projects for fraud prevention and detection processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation;
Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to implement improvements that increase partner/courier satisfaction and retention;
Support the design of experiments (A/B tests) and analyze results to validate improvement hypotheses;
Analyze fraud data and journey performance indicators to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in current processes;
Collaborate on the implementation of innovative solutions to reduce fraud, using agile methodologies and data analysis tools;
Actively participate in multidisciplinary projects, working closely with operations, technology, and business teams;
Contribute to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and fraud prevention across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields;
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, agile methodologies);
Proficiency in SQL or PySpark for data analysis;
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills;
Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics analysis;
Good interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team;
Proactive and results-oriented attitude;
Prior experience (internship or trainee) in continuous improvement, quality, or process analysis;
Basic knowledge of fraud prevention and detection processes;
Experience with process analysis tools (process mapping).
