Shape intuitive, accessible, and emotionally engaging player experiences in close partnership with leadership and cross-disciplinary teams.
Design UX solutions that balance player needs, product goals, and technical constraints.
Advocate for the player perspective to ensure every feature improves clarity, satisfaction, and enjoyment, collaborating closely with Game Design and UI Art teams.
Translate user research and playtest feedback into focused, high-impact design improvements.
Raise UX craft across the team and studio by driving best practices, principles, and quality standards.
Requirements
8+ years of UX design experience in games.
Deep understanding of player-centered UX and player behavior, with the ability to turn insights into practical design solutions.
Thoughtful problem solver with strong attention to detail; proactive about identifying and resolving issues early.
Collaborative communicator, comfortable working in team environments and incorporating feedback.
Reliable and adaptable, able to contribute quickly and effectively under real project constraints.
Proficient with Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite; experience with motion design is a plus.
