Operations Compliance & Training Specialist – Regional Liaison

Role Overview

• Serve as the single point of contact between US leadership and international execution teams
• Overseeing the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all operations
• Coordinate the end-to-end movement of business processes from Canada to the Mexico Service Center
• Ensure all 'standard operating procedures' (SOPs) are documented and maintained
• Analyze daily and weekly performance data to identify trends
• Maintain oversight of all Canadian-specific regulations
• Review and validate training materials for quality standards
• Perform regular remote and in-person audits of processes

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required (MBA, Management, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, or Vendor Coordination
• Advanced data reporting experience is essential (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
• Knowledge of business process management and the regulatory landscape
• Superior English communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly to non-native speakers (Spanish is not required but preferred)
