Define and deliver an ambitious roadmap, including a major cloud transformation programme.
Collaborate directly with senior business stakeholders to define outcomes and lead delivery across internal teams and external partners.
Own the end-to-end delivery of the roadmap and transformation programmes, managing scope, prioritisation, and execution.
Act as the primary accountability point for Legal & Risk technology, fostering strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
Manage key vendor and partner relationships, ensuring value and quality.

Proven track record in senior product, platform, or domain leadership roles within complex enterprise environments.
Extensive experience defining and delivering product roadmaps and large-scale transformation programmes, particularly cloud migration initiatives.
A strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to effectively influence and manage diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and delivery partners.
Familiarity with Intapp or similar legal, risk, or workflow platforms is highly desirable.
Strong technical credibility, enabling effective engagement with architecture and engineering teams.
An understanding of legal, risk, compliance, or corporate financial processes.
A confident, credible, and pragmatic approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
