Maintain and develop existing data connections to customer systems (e.g., DATEV, SAP, LucaNet, Microsoft 365, Personio)
Optimize and stabilize existing ETL pipelines for file
and API-based data imports
Take ownership of new interfaces and integrate them in a structured manner into the existing integration landscape
Work with external API documentation and assess how new systems can be integrated efficiently
Evolve existing integrations from custom solutions to scalable, parameterizable standards
Ensure that recurring structures (e.g., dimensions, mapping logic) are properly abstracted and implemented for reuse
Manage authentication processes (e.g., OAuth) and ensure reliable, secure data transfer
Automate existing data flows and integrate them into setup and deployment processes
Collaborate with customers and internal teams as needed to thoroughly understand and implement data structures.

2–4 years of experience in BI, data, or integration environments
Strong understanding of data structures and confident SQL skills
Initial experience with APIs or a strong interest in deepening your expertise in API integrations
Ability to read JSON and understand basic REST concepts
Ideally experience with Power BI or Power Automate
Holistic understanding of data flows — from source to target structure
Structured, methodical working style
Good sense for building scalable and reusable solutions
Analytical approach, pattern recognition, and continuous improvement of existing solutions
Clear communication and ability to explain technical topics understandably
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
