Role Overview
- Lead Pre-Season and In-Season processes.
- Manage key KPIs (sales, inventory and margin), ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and corporate strategy within existing processes (RF, Plan/Stg).
- Build scenarios and analyses focused on results and commercial actions.
- Plan and steer the commercial strategy in a structured way, promoting cross-functional interaction, leading data-driven decision-making and ensuring targets are met.
- Manage people, developing the team and monitoring progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Advanced Excel.
- Advantage: Knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
- Advantage: Experience in the retail sector.
- Analytical profile, data
- and numbers-oriented.
