Work with datasets in Excel, creating pivot tables and cross-referencing data using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP.
Clean, standardize, and organize raw datasets to ensure the integrity of analyses.
Prepare reports and presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools).
Manage the full lifecycle of research projects from start to finish.
Stay updated on best practices and innovations in research methodologies and data analysis tools.
Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies in datasets that could compromise research results.

Proven experience in market research or customer insights, preferably at a research institute or in a customer-focused company.
Proficiency or ease with data visualization tools.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience or familiarity with designing and handling questionnaires and scripts is a plus.
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is desirable.
Basic understanding of statistical concepts (mean, standard deviation, sampling) applied to research contexts is desirable.
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, dashboards, Tableau) will be an advantage.
