Perform the complete integration of data from Retail Media channels with the company's results databases;
Create integrations between different systems and tables (automate extraction, cleansing, and analysis processes using SQL, Excel, BI tools, AWS, Salesforce Data Cloud, Supermetrics, etc.);
Establish data quality processes for data consumed from multiple sources;
Develop AI agents to enable daily analysis of campaign behavior, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;
Monitor area indicators and KPIs, ensuring visibility of results;
Map processes and requirements, organizing and structuring the area's data flow;
Develop reports, dashboards, and management presentations with insights and actionable recommendations;
Propose and lead action plans to increase sales conversion, acquire new customers, and improve the performance of partner programs;
Monitor and support initiatives in collaboration with corporate teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
Experience in data analysis, including data collection, cleansing, analysis, and generation of business insights;
Experience building, monitoring, and interpreting metrics, reports, and dashboards;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Hands-on experience with data tools and technologies such as BI/Power BI, SQL, Python, and Data Lake;
Experience or exposure to media, performance marketing, or retail media is desirable;
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
