Responsible for coordinating project management activities associated with development and production launch of products for motion control and industrial automation applications
Lead multidisciplinary teams through the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of new product development
Manage the project schedule, cost and risk to exceed customer expectations
Follow strict compliance to the phase-gate process
Develop project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop and manage project budget
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
Interface with internal departments and outside suppliers/vendors regarding program control, management, and reporting
Successfully execute projects with proper resource allocation
Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Manage multiple concurrent projects

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years' experience
Experience using MS Suite
Experience using project management tools such as MS project
Ability to manage multiple projects on a continuous basis with frequent interruptions
Must be confident in leading teams from other divisions such as engineering, operations, and procurement
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Required travel up to 10% both domestic and international
