- Knowledgeable in a variety of HR generalist concepts
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with field or senior business leaders
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Able to gather data, analyze issues, identify root causes and address opportunities
- Experience in recognizing development gaps and partnering across groups
- Project and change management skills
