About this role
Role Overview
- Work directly on the company’s main analyses and strategic initiatives, focusing on developing solutions, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the operation runs with quality, predictability, and continuous evolution.
- Design and structure the new inbound operation for HR and gain a deep understanding of the business levers.
- Interface with revenue teams and their managers, supporting the setup of routines, analyses, and action plans.
- Influence outcomes through efficiency, predictability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Solid experience in business analysis, data roles, or consulting, working on strategic projects;
- Experience with metrics and SaaS business models;
- Knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, or Jira is a plus;
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma);
- Experience with experimentation and hypothesis validation;
- Background in technology, startups, or consulting firms;
- Familiarity with business applications of Artificial Intelligence;
- English reading proficiency (for consumption of technical content).
