Role Overview
- Manage and host switch projects from kick off to EOL.
- Support system engineers during EVT/DVT/PVT stage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team, and Lab team.
- Control schedule and on time delivery.
- Come out support document and selling points to make sure product successful.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE)
- 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- 3~5 years of hands-on switch product experience
- Experience in manufacturing process
- Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members
- Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
