Manage the portfolio of purchases under your responsibility, monitoring demands, deadlines, and related contracts;
Conduct research, analysis, and qualification of national and international suppliers;
Maintain communication with suppliers, including in English, by reading and drafting emails, proposals, and commercial documents;
Support the regularization of purchasing processes carried out outside established procedures, when necessary;
Perform activities according to the area's internal procedures and the guidance of the immediate supervisor;
Record and control information and documents related to purchasing processes, ensuring traceability;
Comply with the company's quality policy, internal standards, and procedures;

Bachelor's degree in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Purchasing Management, or related fields;
Previous experience in purchasing routines and supplier management;
English: basic to intermediate level for reading and writing; advanced level desirable;
Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel; SAP experience is desirable;
Basic negotiation skills, cost analysis, and deadline control.
