Provide professional-level support for domestic and international compensation programs
Determine appropriate base pay amounts, salary survey participation, job evaluations, and market pricing
Respond to issue escalations from the service center
Conduct research, investigate inquiries, and provide resolution
Prepare regular and ad hoc compensation reports
Administer and oversee position and job code requests
Assist in salary surveys and market pricing positions
Validate accuracy of market composites
Evaluate adjustments to salary structures and merit matrices

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or related field and two (2) years experience in compensation or related field
OR High School Diploma and six (6) years experience in compensation or related field, plus two (2) years of human resources experience
Professional-level operations experience, including significant human resources work.
