About this role
Role Overview
Act as a strategic partner to the B2B commercial area, translating business questions into analyses and data-driven solutions
Analyze sales, pipeline, customer portfolio, and commercial performance data, producing actionable insights
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, funnel optimization, and increased commercial efficiency
Develop exploratory analyses and studies to support the sales team’s strategic decisions
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support commercial management and KPI tracking
Work hands-on in data extraction, cleaning, and modeling (SQL, scripts, etc.)
Structure and respond to ad hoc business requests quickly and with analytical depth
Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between data and commercial strategy
Support the creation of metrics, segmentations, and models that guide the commercial team’s actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience as a Data/BI Analyst working closely with the business, preferably in a B2B context
Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced) for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Experience analyzing commercial metrics such as pipeline, conversion, revenue, churn, and sales cycle
Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and deliver actionable insights
Experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Strong communication skills for interacting with commercial teams and presenting results
Hybrid profile: business acumen combined with technical, hands-on execution
Differentials:
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience with data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
Experience in data modeling
Courses or certifications in data, BI, or cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
