Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end Large Scale ML Systems: Architect and deploy scalable machine learning solutions for enterprise applications.
- Innovate in Feature Engineering: Develop innovative feature engineering techniques to improve model outcomes.
- Optimize Algorithms: Lead efforts in algorithm research and optimization for improved efficiency.
- Model Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of machine learning models, including maintenance and updates.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide project teams and serve as a subject matter expert in machine learning initiatives.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and training to other engineers.
- Define technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Experience in machine learning, data science, or artificial intelligence
- Strong skills in feature engineering and model optimization
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience in large scale ML systems deployment
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment
- Mentorship experience for junior engineers
