Role Overview
- Provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership across AI product portfolio
- Oversee a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers
- Ensure AI work meets highest standards of rigour, quality, and consistency
- Lead and manage a global team, setting technical direction
- Define and champion best practices for AI-assisted software development
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads
- Stay at the forefront of AI research developments
- Communicate technical progress, risks, and strategy to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- Proven experience leading an AI technical team in a product-focused environment
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI development practices
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven development workflows
- Strong proficiency with the modern ML stack (e.g. Python, PyTorch /TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification
