- Manage automated email distributions for routine follow-ups

- Identify and escalate non-paying accounts to appropriate internal parties
- Utilize PDF editors to make formatting adjustments to invoices
- Handle customer file maintenance and follow up on purchase orders
- Provide high-quality service to external customers and internal team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of corporate collections experience
- Proven ability to maintain meticulous records and demonstrate high levels of accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a diverse workload
- Dedicated team player who enjoys working across different departments
