Gather project requirements from clients to ensure a complete understanding of needs;
Define and position specific solutions, tailoring them to the particulars of each project and request;
Define the scope of services required for each project, ensuring accurate delivery aligned with client expectations;
Conduct competitive analyses of competitors to develop effective sales strategies;
Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposal) to identify opportunities and specific requirements;
Support the development of competitive sales strategies by providing technical and market insights;
Engage with manufacturers and perform other technical pre-sales activities aimed at qualifying, developing, and closing business opportunities;
Perform testing and demonstrations of portfolio solutions;
Create ROI (Return on Investment) analysis reports to justify projects for clients;
Collect extensive information about the client’s business to propose solutions and tools that can make a difference in the client’s daily operations (Business Outcomes);
Participate in manufacturers’/partners’ events and training to stay up to date on new technologies and market trends;
Support the commercial team in setting sales pricing, whether transactional or recurring;
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including pricing, technical description/architecture, general terms, and other elements;
Stay current on market tools and trends to offer the best solutions to clients;
Demonstrate interest and commitment to continuous learning, pursuing additional certifications relevant to the role;
Exhibit exceptional client relationship skills, understanding client needs and concerns and offering solutions that add value to their business;
Understand information security principles and recommend practices and solutions that ensure the protection of client data in the cloud;
Have experience delivering trainings and workshops to clients or teammates on topics related to cloud architecture and technological solutions.
Requirements
Experience with cloud infrastructure solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).
Experience pricing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft/Office 365 solutions;
Ability to present complex solutions clearly and concisely;
Experience working in teams;
Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
Previous experience in pre-sales for cloud solutions, including cloud environment security, cloud application security, creating serverless environments, knowledge of microservices such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, and experience with Azure and AWS platforms;
Hands-on experience with cloud projects, datacenter migrations to the cloud, and adapting/modernizing applications for the cloud;
Knowledge of programming languages aimed at optimizing infrastructure-as-code tasks (DevOps);
Knowledge of data architecture and big data;
Knowledge of different Microsoft contract models (CSP, Enterprise, MPSA, among others).
