About this role

Lead large multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the NXP New Product Introduction (NPI) process
Engage global R&D teams to achieve on time delivery with world class levels of quality
Partner with R&D, Design, Software, Product Management, and Product Engineer/Test/Manufacturing teams to define schedules and resourcing for key deliverables
Anticipate and overcome issues to positively impact key financial metrics
Drive delivery of new products from concept and definition phases through execution development of hardware and software solutions to final production ramp up of the system solution

Beng/Meng Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree, advanced degree preferred
Relevant experience in Semiconductor/Electronics/Automotive Industry
Strong leadership skills and experience in complex technical projects including hardware & software
Strong technical background
MS Project experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Critical thinking skills and proficient in risk and issue management
PMI/PMP certification desirable but not required
Knowledge of ISO26262 and ISO21434
