Role Overview

• To sell The Brothers that just do Gutters services to the public
• Generate a quality product for the customer and profit for the company
• Attend all estimates on time
• Price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visit
• Return incoming phone calls professionally within 8 business hours
• Provide product differentiation to customers throughout selling process
• Effectively sell the company’s services to customers
• Help jobs stay “happy and under”
• Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids
• Strive to target and market to the most profitable jobs
• Maintain closing % of at least 40%
• Develop a well thought out prospecting plan
• Participate in networking groups
