Responsible for the successful delivery of various Trust Administration and client (direct client and client team) activities in accordance with the terms of governing instruments, Policies, Procedures and applicable state laws.
Responsible for the coaching, development, oversight and performance of assigned Center Trust Advisors and Client Service Specialists.
Responsible for day to day coordination of Risk, Compliance and other Oversight activities in collaboration with Fiduciary Director, Risk, Legal, Compliance and other partners.
Responsible for the successful ongoing execution of assigned management routines.
Responsible for the successful execution of projects for the Advisory Center line of business.
Responsible for addressing any client or teammate escalations, and tasked with escalating further to the Fiduciary Director if needed.
Requirements
College Degree with a preferred emphasis on Business or Finance
Significant experience (over 10 years) in Trust Administration, Fiduciary oversight and new business activities for Personal Trust
Familiarity and experience with State and other applicable laws governing the administration of Personal Trust Accounts
Leadership qualities and ability to successfully meet competing deadlines and commitments
Proven ability to communicate with partners and peers
CTFA or similar designation (preferred)
Advance degree (JD, MBA, etc) (preferred)
Prior direct Trust Administration experience with a book of personal trust accounts (preferred)
Proficiency with various computer and systems applications used to lead the business (preferred)
Experience with addressing and resolving risk and compliance issues associated with Personal Trust Services matters (preferred)
