Role Overview
- Develop and execute a Central consultant coverage strategy.
- Own relationships with key consulting firms.
- Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and data requests.
- Deliver compelling consultant-facing materials.
- Manage rating processes and timelines.
- Serve as a subject-matter liaison between consultants and investment teams.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback.
- Report activity via CRM dashboards.
- Support national consultant initiatives and conferences.
- Uphold Manulife IM's values and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience (7-10 years) covering institutional consultants in the Central region.
- Strong relationships across Central consultant firms.
- Familiarity with national platforms.
- Solid understanding of institutional products and vehicles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project management discipline with ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFA/CAIA or progress toward a designation is a plus.
