Consult with Program Managers of LPL‑affiliated financial institutions on all aspects of financial planning
Provide practical guidance to existing financial planners
Execute a disciplined outreach strategy using a sales‑funnel approach
Clearly articulate the value proposition of comprehensive financial planning
Provide institution and advisor onboarding support
Partner with marketing and design teams to create templates and resources
Create and deliver educational presentations to large groups of advisors
Collaborate and influence key business partners across the wealth management organization

5+ years of experience in personal financial counseling within professional services and/or a financial planning environment
5+ years of experience in a related sales or consulting function
Strong knowledge of financial planning software; experience with eMoney, Right Capital, and/or MoneyGuide Pro software
Bachelor’s degree and CFP® Certification
Willingness to travel 3 times per quarter
