Business partnering with practice leads to support commercial decision-making
Headcount cost modelling and support for growth planning
Management accounts delivered confidently and on time, with clear commentary
Stakeholders using your insight to make better commercial decisions
Strong relationships built with practice leads and leadership
Greater clarity around margins, utilisation, and cost drivers
Early improvements to reporting or forecasting processes as the business evolves

Proven management accounting experience, including hands-on ownership of monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet understanding and variance analysis
Strong commercial judgement
able to explain numbers clearly, focus on what matters and translate data into insight for non-finance stakeholders
Experience working in a growing or changing environment where processes are evolving rather than fixed
An ownership mindset

A collaborative, down-to-earth working style, building trust across the business
Solid Excel skills and confidence working with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QBO) and data sets
Professional services and global business experience
Experience in a scale-up or PE/VC-backed environment
