Overall responsibility for the preparation of monthly financial statements under IFRS and annual financial statements under HGB for 6–10 entities in the DACH region
Ensure high‑quality, timely reporting to Group Finance and Management
Lead the ongoing implementation of a group-wide ERP system (Oracle NetSuite) across the DACH entities
Standardize, automate and scale accounting and tax processes in a dynamic private equity environment
Responsibility for payment transactions and handling all bank-related matters
Ongoing liquidity planning as well as planning and management of intra-group loans
Coordinate tax reporting and support the preparation of tax returns in cooperation with external advisors
Central point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, banks and tax authorities
Support and accompany regular audits
Functional and disciplinary leadership and development of a team of approx. 10 employees in Germany and Austria

Completed commercial training and/or degree in business administration
Further qualification as a certified balance sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), ideally Bilanzbuchhalter International
5–10 years of relevant professional experience in finance & accounting or in external audit
Experience in external auditing is an advantage
Several years of team leadership experience (7–10 employees, partly remote)
Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation under HGB, ideally with additional IFRS knowledge
Good knowledge of tax law
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with common ERP systems (e.g., Diamant, SAP, Navision); Oracle NetSuite expressly welcome
Experience with private equity structures is an advantage
Business‑fluent German (minimum C2) in spoken and written form
Very good English (minimum B2) in spoken and written form for communication with Group Finance
