Develop and tune core components of high-frequency trading platforms, including market data handlers, order execution, and risk management modules
Build scalable, low-latency microservices supporting trade lifecycle management and real-time data processing
Collaborate with technical teams, traders, and product owners to understand system requirements and optimize trade execution workflows
Conduct performance profiling, latency analysis, and system tuning to meet enterprise SLAs and reduce downtime
Implement automation scripts for deployment, data validation, and incident response processes
Support system upgrades, bug fixes, and infrastructure enhancements supporting trading operations
Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in low-latency environments
Document technical designs, architecture, and operational procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing

Minimum of 7 years supporting or developing low-latency trading platforms or enterprise mission-critical financial systems
Proven expertise in Java and Python development within high-performance trading environments
Demonstrated success in optimizing trade execution, data flow, and system latency
Experience supporting or integrating market data systems, OMS/EMS, or risk modules is highly advantageous
Industry experience in finance, banking, or capital markets preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Certifications in low-latency framework support, cloud deployment, or financial systems are advantageous
