Lead direct sales efforts with public and private sector clients, building trust and positioning Orasio as a strategic, long-term partner.
Collaborate with the Channel Manager to ensure coordinated execution between clients and their chosen integrators.
Guide clients through complex on-premise or hybrid deployments, ensuring technical feasibility and contractual clarity.
Provide hands-on support during pilot phases, training sessions, and project launches both remotely and on-site when needed.
Identify client needs and translate them into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
Ensure each project meets legal and privacy standards, especially around data protection and GDPR.
Drive solution adoption and long-term satisfaction by delivering strategic account management and high-quality follow-up.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, ideally involving on-premise or hybrid technology deployments (e.g., security, defense, public infrastructure, AI).
Experience selling to municipalities or through public procurement processes is required.
Proven ability to lead direct client relationships from first contact to full deployment.
Comfortable navigating legal/compliance issues (GDPR, public procurement) as part of the sales and delivery process.
Excellent communicator, clear, pedagogical, and credible with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Autonomous, fast-moving, and field-ready: willing to meet clients in person, manage expectations, and resolve issues on the ground.
Strong ability to connect business, tech, and operational dots to improve solution performance and client outcomes.
