Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales to post-implementation
Drive the successful delivery of Orasio’s solutions in highly constrained environments, including on-premise and air-gapped deployments
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Adapt Orasio’s solutions to real-world operational needs, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams
Design, structure, and continuously improve our deployment processes and methodologies.

4+ years of experience, including experience in technical environments with strong operational or regulatory constraints (e.g. on-premise, secure or air-gapped systems)
Strong technical acumen, with a genuine interest in both software and hardware systems
Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior interlocutors
Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high-stakes, regulated environments.
Fluency in English and Polish (Proficiency in Ukrainian is a plus).
