Role Overview
- Manage and develop the HR Business Partners on your team
- Provide direction and set priorities for the team's activities
- Support consistency of practices and contribute to advancing HR matters
- Participate in cross-functional mandates and projects that support the Directorate's performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in talent management
- At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, and a good command of English
