Handle reconciliation of revenue, player funds, payment providers and bank balances.
Use our reconciliation software to verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling payment providers statements with the inhouse iGaming platforms.
Where inconsistencies to reconciliation emerge, takes remedial action or refers to relevant personnel.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with cash transactions.
Liaise with Risk and Payments team to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
Develop daily cash management and risk mitigation strategies.
Set rules and continue to improve the reconciliation process.
Deal with multi-currency financial transactions.
Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure smooth operation of all finance-related matters.
Assist with the month, quarter and year-end close process.
Participate in ad-hoc activities of the Finance department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics or a related field
Professional experience of a minimum of 3 years, in finance, controlling, or accounting roles, especially in reconciliation.
Experience in the gambling or e-payments industry is considered a strong asset.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or other Data Analysis software.
Great attention to detail and good analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Well-organized, able to meet timelines with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Fluent verbal and written business communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of accounting terminology.
