About this role
Role Overview
You manage the entire sales process from start to close.
Responsible for the full sales cycle: from lead qualification to contract signing.
You actively build your pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships at decision-maker level.
Deliver compelling demos and presentations, both remotely and on-site.
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Ideally experience or ties to the construction or trades sector.
Existing network in the construction industry is a plus.
Proven track record in new customer acquisition.
Strong closing skills in the SME and mid-market segments.
Experience building and managing your own sales pipeline.
Confident and professional presence with decision-makers (C-level and department heads).
Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
High initiative and a strong hands-on mentality.
Experience with HubSpot and common sales tools.
