Experience building and operating web and backend systems in production.
Strong software engineering fundamentals across the full lifecycle (design → deployment → maintenance).
Comfortable working across the stack — backend, APIs, and frontend when needed.
Experience with relational databases and data modelling for real-world use cases.
Exposure to NoSQL/document databases is a plus.
Experience debugging and improving production systems.
A pragmatic mindset — you understand trade-offs and make decisions based on impact.
A product-oriented approach — you focus on solving real user problems.
Curiosity and ability to learn quickly across technologies and tools.
Fluent in English, with strong collaboration skills.
