About this role
Role Overview
- Handling the end-to-end administration of our Kubernetes environment and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Ansible
- Managing resources across AWS (EKS) and innovative NeoCloud providers to ensure a seamless, high-performance architecture
- Overseeing training data within a Data Lake, including implementing advanced filters for incoming streams and removing noise from training phases
- Acting as a senior technical consultant to resolve complex problems for development teams and streamline internal workflows
- Implementing and maintaining technical monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus to ensure high performance and stability during core business hours
Requirements
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or an IT apprenticeship
- At least 6 years of proven experience in systems administration and DevOps with a track record in modern DevOps environments
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Ansible
- Extensive experience with Terraform and observability frameworks such as Grafana and Prometheus
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking and identity providers like Keycloak or Active Directory
- A "fix-it-once-and-automate" mindset, combined with strong openness to new tools such as GPUaaS
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging NeoCloud providers into a cohesive hybrid strategy
- A genuine passion for learning and a proactive growth mindset that embraces experimentation and treats mistakes as essential opportunities for technical improvement
- Fluency in spoken and written English; German skills are a plus
