Role Overview
- Bid Manager: Responsible for coordinating meetings and composing recaps
- Setting a timeline, managing and populating the response in Responsive
- Coordinating and sending client Q&A
- Reaching out to SMEs for their content pieces
- Coordinating design needs, proofing finals, submissions, and debriefs
- Handling all aspects of the bid fulfillment and administration
- Assisting the Solution Lead with DocuGram approvals
- Scraping responses for new or updated content to be uploaded to Responsive
Requirements
- Graduate Bid Manager
- 2-3 years of experience in bid management
- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance
- Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office
