Apply AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, and structured market models to estimate TAM, SAM, and SOM for priority applications and technology platforms.
Translate market, competitive, and technology insights into clear narratives and recommendations to support commercial strategy, portfolio decisions, and investment prioritization.
Build market sizing and opportunity models that explicitly map application requirements to specific Zeus polymer technologies, processing capabilities, and value propositions.
Partner with Commercial Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and R&D to enable prioritization of product launches, the creation of Salesforce leads/opportunities and the alignment of innovation value horizons.
Create and maintain standardized market intelligence deliverables including reports, dashboards, opportunity briefs, and executive presentations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 10+ years of experience in market research, intelligence, or strategic analytics within medical device, life sciences, or advanced materials industries.
Demonstrated mastery in market sizing, competitive analysis, and translating complex data into actionable commercial insights, specifically regarding polymer technologies, extrusion-based components, or engineered materials.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics tools, structured data models, and advanced quantitative techniques, including strategic modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Strong understanding of materials science, polymers, or engineered components within regulated environments, including experience supporting innovation pipelines and early-stage technology scouting.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and work effectively across Commercial Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and R&D teams.
Familiarity with voice-of-customer (VoC) methodologies and qualitative market research techniques.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic initiatives, with experience mentoring junior analysts and driving enterprise-level portfolio decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and data visualization or BI platforms.
