Requirements
Direct experience working with conveyancing systems, property technology, or regulated legal software.
A strong understanding of how conveyancing workflows operate in practice, not just in theory.
Proven experience working closely with software development teams and making informed product decisions.
Confident making prioritisation and trade-off decisions where customer needs, compliance, and delivery constraints intersect.
Clear, pragmatic, and decisive, particularly when requirements are ambiguous or competing.
Comfortable acting as the single point of ownership for product decisions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal or operational requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
Credibility with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
A practical, delivery-focused mindset, with an emphasis on solving real customer problems rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
Proven experience in a Product Owner or similar product-focused role.
Strong background in conveyancing, property technology, or regulated legal software.
