Lead and develop a collaborative Workday Security team; plan and facilitate office hours, working groups, and implementation activities.
Research, triage, and resolve Workday and Kainos security issues within assigned functional areas; manage vendor casework to closure.
Own security role design and lifecycle governance, including change control, maintenance, and user-based role assignments.
Administer periodic user access reviews; support security audits and compliance requirements.
Partner with functional and technical teams to maintain secure, efficient system access across the University of Arkansas System.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The educational equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, human resources, business administration or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
Three to five years of experience managing ERP and/or SIS security or related experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
At least one year of management or project leadership experience
Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses as needed
Five or more years of overall ERP/SIS systems experience with in-depth knowledge and understanding of security administration (Preferred)
Two or more years of demonstrated Workday hands-on security configuration and administration experience, experience implementing or supporting Workday security groups, domains, and security profiles (Preferred)
Demonstrated working knowledge of Workday's system administration (tenant management, version releases, regression testing) (Preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of Workday integrations, reports, and calculated fields (Preferred)
