About this role
Role Overview
- Take ownership of core components of our AI architecture
- Design and develop scalable AI agent systems
- Be responsible for the reliability and quality of AI outputs
- Further develop our LLM systems
- Build observability and evaluation frameworks
- Work closely with Business and Product teams
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in software engineering (ideally with experience in AI/LLM environments)
- Very strong Python skills (Django or equivalent)
- Experience with: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), AI system design
- Evaluation methods and observability
- Understanding of AI reliability and the trade-offs between speed and quality
- Proven ability to work independently
