Take ownership of core parts of the AI architecture
Design and develop scalable AI agent systems (multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines, tool usage)
Responsible for the reliability & quality of AI outputs (evaluation, monitoring, guardrails)
Further develop LLM systems (prompting, fine-tuning, tooling, memory, orchestration)
Build observability and evaluation frameworks (e.g., regression tests for AI)
Work closely with business and product teams to drive impact on processes and revenue
Make technical decisions with long-term impact (architecture, stack, scaling)

6–8+ years of experience in software engineering (ideally in AI/LLM environments)
Very strong Python skills (Django or equivalent)
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
Experience in AI system design
Knowledge of evaluation methods & observability
Ability to make AI reliable and to balance trade-offs between speed & quality
Self-directed, able to work with minimal guidance
Proven ability to actually ship features and projects (delivery-oriented)
