Lead high-stakes contract renegotiations and renewals to secure long-term partnerships and deliver profitable outcomes.
Cultivate multi-level client relationships and leverage internal Fiserv networks to influence and implement growth initiatives.
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through proactive renewals and the cross-selling of products in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Drive "Likely to Recommend" scores and maintain retention through proactive issue resolution and deep strategic alignment.
Manage daily maintenance for the client portfolio under limited direction, ensuring all corporate goals for profit and customer satisfaction are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience within Relationship Management
5+ years of experience in the healthcare space
Experience managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategy to drive revenue growth with large clients.
Experience working in the financial/technology industry.
