Requirements
- Master’s degree in design: Industrial Design, Design for Interaction, Innovative Design, New Media Design
- Proactive, self‑driven, and able to take ownership of work
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiar with service design methods such as user research, journey mapping, service bluepriting, prototyping, etc
