We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst – People Analytics with a technical profile and a focus on data engineering, automations, and pipeline development.
This person will work on strategic HR projects, transforming large volumes of data into actionable insights, contributing to data-driven decision making and the advancement of the organization’s metrics and targets.
Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines.
Automate processes and integrations between HR systems and analytics platforms, creating an efficient data ecosystem.
Develop dashboards, indicator panels, studies, and interactive reports focused on storytelling, results, opportunity identification, and decision support.
Work with large volumes of data in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform).
Support the HR area with predictive analyses, diagnostics, and data-based recommendations.
Contribute to structuring and maintaining a portfolio of strategic and operational KPIs.
Participate in performance and trend analyses to sustain the organizational goal cycle.
Operate with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on innovation within People Analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience in data engineering, automation, and data visualization.
Power BI: data modeling, DAX, and report creation with a focus on storytelling.
SQL: proficiency with BigQuery (GCP), layered (medallion) architecture, scheduled queries, job execution, and use of Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
Python: for automations, integrations, and analyses.
Power Apps: desirable (plus: Bubble as a differentiator).
Automation tools: Power Automate (differentials: Make, n8n).
Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in people analytics.
