Role Overview

• Content planning and strategy for brands, defining the role of channels and influencers;
• Ensure consistency and alignment of the strategy across creative deliverables;
• Plan and oversee event coverage;
• Monitor, research, and investigate trends and opportunities on social media;
• Analyze brand platform data and track campaign KPIs;
• Develop presentations and narratives to support strategic and creative directions;
• Manage the response team with a focus on optimization and insights;
• Work in partnership with other agency departments, such as creative, media, and account management;
• Direct client interaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Communication
• Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields;
• Experience managing social media channels;
• Knowledge of content strategy (primarily Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook);
• Trend-aware and enthusiastic about bringing insights to brands;
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
• Strong communication skills across different teams and hierarchical levels;
• Experience with Sprinklr and/or other social media management tools is a plus;
• English.
